Vacancy senior partner ICT Geophysicist
We are seeking a partner with senior ICT Geophysics expertise who can help us realize our ambition in developing a new independent reservoir management system for the Groningen gas reservoir.
This role involves working with geophysics data (land data plus AVO Inversion products) and E&P data to advise and provide technical expertise on a new graphical reservoir management system. The successful partner will contribute to the development of best practice workflows on all aspects of data processing, as well as having an active involvement in employee development and interns training. An ability to engage effectively with external partners, especially investors, is highly appreciated.
Applications are invited from candidates with a lot of experience within the seismic industry, including 3D processing, plus AVO and Inversion experience. A key element of the role relates to the continuing development of employees and interns. Applicants will gain experience in supporting and mentoring junior members of staff. You will also have a positive attitude to problem solving and strong communication skills. Understanding of land processing techniques including specialist algorithms, is essential and experience with software suites like Hampson Russell is an advantage.
